A pioneer in the early reading space in India for over 25 years, the Karadi Path Education Company has been announced as the winner by the London Book Fair International Excellence Awards for the category — Educational Learning Resources.
Karadi Path claims to be the only firm from India to win the award this year presented by the London Book Fair, in partnership with the UK’s Publishers Association.
Expressing his happiness, CP Viswanath, co-founder of the company, said, “For Karadi Path’s innovation and work in language learning to be recognised by one of the most prestigious institutions of the world, the London Book Fair IEA, is both a validation of the work we do and an inspiration to continue our journey in India and beyond.”
Taking the company’s silver jubilee year as an opportunity, the Karadi Path team has also introduced ‘Zoomer’ – its reading acceleration programme for the age group 3 to 7 years. Launched last month, “Zoomer is a one-week online reading camp along with a 48-day book and app-based interaction.
Zoomer helps your child ‘zoom through’ texts to decode at a fast pace and ‘zoom in’ on them for deeper comprehension. Each module introduces the child to multiple modes of reading: Listen While You Read, Read Along, and Read By Myself,” says Preetika Venkatakrishnan, vice-president, product and training, Zoomer, Karadi Path.
