Hyderabad: Karimnagar scored a narrow nine-run win against Warangal in the Kaka Venkataswamy Memorial Telangana Inter-district T-20 cricket championship second league phase at Warangal on Friday.

At Warangal: Karimnagar 153/6 in 20 overs (Thakshil Eroju 56) bt Warangal 144 in 19.3 overs (Chandra 39, Nikshith 39, D Srikanth Reddy 3/12).

Ranga Reddy 174/9 in 20 overs (Navanith Rao 91) bt Khammam 145 in 17.5 overs (Mohammed Rizwan 62).

Medak 119 in 20 overs (P Lohith Reddy 37, Naveen Kumar 3/11, Lalith Reddy 3/19, M Sai Pratheek 3/23) lost to Nizamabad 121/3 in 16.3 overs (Srikar Reddy Yedla 36, Harshwardhan Singh 31).

Mahbubnagar 181 in 19.4 overs (David Kripal Roy 85, Mohd Shadab Ahmed 33, Sikandar Mohammad 3/25) lost to Nalgonda 182/5 in 17.5 overs (Sainad Pagidimarri 73 no).
