Karimnagar hosts heritage walk under 99-day programme
A heritage walk was organised in Karimnagar as part of Tourism Week under the Prajapalana Pragathi Pranalika 99-day programme. The event, themed “Heritage Walks & Local Guide Development,” was flagged off by district officials.

Karimnagar: A heritage walk was conducted in Karimnagar town on Wednesday. Both district youth and sports and tourism departments jointly organized the walk as part of Tourism Week being celebrated as part of Prajapalana Pragathi Pranalika 99 days programme.
The walk was held with a theme of “Heritage walks & Local Guide Development” was flagged off by Additional Collector Srinivas Reddy, Karimnagar municipal commissioner Praful Desai and SUDA chairman K Narender Reddy at Ambedkar stadium.
Speaking on the occasion, Praful Desai said that physical fitness was more important to succeed in sports and advised the sportspersons to develop skills in summer camps. DYSO Srinivas Goud, Olympic Association Secretary Janardhan Reddy, Thirpathi Reddy, tourism department officials, sports persons and students participated in the walk.
