Karimnagar: Sadisha Foundation, a voluntary organisation, selected 63 students to provide free Intermediate education along with hostel facilities in a private college.
As part of its annual practice, the Foundation on Wednesday organised a Math talent test and selected the talented students.
A total of 2,560 students studying Class X in government, KGBVs and Model schools in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Maharastra states attended the test conducted simultaneously through online.
63 students, who scored highest marks, were selected for free intermediate education in a private college. The highest of 35 students were selected from Karimnagar followed by Khammam and Suryapet-9, Warangal-4, three each from Rangareddy and Nanded of Maharastra.
Besides talented students, 21 best schools have also been selected to provide about Rs 20,000 worth material.
Selected students were presented appreciation certificates in a programme held at Swagath function hall here on Wednesday.
Sree Chaitanya Educational Institutions Chairman M Ramesh Reddy, Sadisha founder Mucharla Goverdhan Reddy, progressive farmer and national award winner Mallkikarjun Reddy, My Village Show Director Srikanth, artists Chandu and others participated in the programme.
