Hyderabad: Wrestlers from Karimnagar, who were part of the State team competing in the State wrestling championship in Gonda, were in for a pleasant surprise when they met the Olympic silver medallist Ravi Dahiya, Bajrang Punia and Deepak Punia.

Wrestlers from Karimnagar Purna Sai Akhil, Mukulothu Mounika, P Sirisha, CH Mounika, B Rajeshwari represented the State in the event. Karimnagar District Wrestling Association secretary Thummala Ramesh Reddy, Mohd Kareem said the interaction will motivate the State wrestlers to achieve bigger things.
