Karthik Sai wins A2H Open prize-money Chess tournament

C. Karthik Sai of Hyderabad clinched the Open prize-money chess tournament organised by A2H Chess Academy, scoring 4.5 points from five rounds. S. Srujan Keerthan finished second on tie-break, despite matching the winner’s score.

Hyderabad: C. Karthik Sai of Hyderabad won the Open prize money chess tournament organised by A2H Chess Academy here with 4.5 points from five rounds.

S. Srujan Keethan who tied with the winner is placed second place with 4.5 points, due to lesser tie breaker points.


Final placings: 1. C. Karthik Sai, 2. Srujan Keerthan, 3. Saranya Devi Narahari, 4. Rohit Yarakala, 5. Nagasri Saikanth 6. S. Devi Dedipayasri, 7.D. Rajkumar, 8. DSSU Sathwik , 9. Vishwanath Kannam and 10.K. Perumallu.
