Kasarla Nagender Reddy honoured as Australia’s Best Community Leader
Kasarla Nagender Reddy has been named the Best Community Leader in Australia after receiving the highest number of votes in a survey conducted by AA Media House. Reddy, who has served as the President of BRS Australia for over a decade, expressed his gratitude to the Indian community in Australia for their trust and support.

Canberra: Kasarla Nagender Reddy has been chosen as the Best Community Leader in Australia, securing the highest number of votes in a survey conducted by AA Media House. Among thousands of votes cast by the Indian diaspora, Nagender Reddy stood out with an overwhelming majority, winning more votes than any other category in the survey.
In other categories, Surender Reddy Thimmapuram from Nalgonda was recognized as the Best Immigration Consultant, Suma Tatineni of the Telugu Desam Party won as the Best Woman Leader, and Dosa Hut, the largest South Indian restaurant chain in Australia, was awarded the Best Restaurant title.
Speaking at the award ceremony, Australian Labor Party MP and Opposition Leader Brad Patton praised Nagender Reddy’s leadership, noting that the significant number of votes he received reflects the trust and admiration he enjoys among the Indian community in Australia. The event was attended by the Indian High Commissioner, leaders of Indian associations, and a large number of community members.
This is not the first time Nagender Reddy has been honoured. Five years ago, in a global poll, he was voted the Best NRI, once again receiving the highest number of votes worldwide. Originally from Peddapalli constituency, Nagender Reddy has been serving as the President of BRS Australia for the past decade, dedicating himself tirelessly to community service.
Expressing his gratitude, Kasarla Nagender Reddy said this recognition is a true acknowledgment of his service to society, and he wholeheartedly thanked the Indian community in Australia for their overwhelming support and trust.
