Kavitha slams Congress government over caste survey poor outreach
Kavitha, in a post on social media, questioned the seriousness of the Congress government in conducting the re-survey and demanded transparency regarding the outreach efforts and results
Hyderabad: BRS leader and MLC K Kavitha on Tuesday criticised the Congress government for its failure to mobilise people for the caste census re-survey in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). On the first day, only 43 requests were received for enumeration, highlighting the lack of effective outreach.
Kavitha, in a post on social media, questioned the seriousness of the Congress government in conducting the re-survey and demanded transparency regarding the outreach efforts and results. She emphasised the need for a robust campaign to ensure maximum participation and accurate data collection.
The Telangana caste census re-survey aims to fill the gaps left by the initial survey, but the lukewarm response on the first day raises concerns about its success, she said.

A glaring testament to the failure of the Telangana Govt in mobilising people for the caste census re-survey.
