Hyderabad: BRS chief and former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao on Monday condoled the demise of noted poet, progressive feminist writer, and Telangana literary figure Anisetty Rajitha.

Hailing from Warangal, Rajitha was a prominent voice in the Telangana movement and championed socially responsible literature for oppressed communities. Describing her as a democratic and literary icon, KCR said her passing was a loss for Telangana.


He conveyed his deepest condolences to her family and friends.
