The minister said farmers were able to get adequate supply of seeds and fertilisers following formation of Telangana. The idea of the Chief Minister behind implementing the housing scheme was to help the poor live with self-respect. Though it was an expensive scheme, Rao was committed to providing homes to the homeless, he added.
