Participating in the week-long Rythu Bandhu celebrations at Ramadugu village of Anumula mandal in the district, Koti Reddy said that improved irrigation facility, investment support scheme Rythu Bandhu and 24 hours free power to agricultural pump sets had boosted the agriculture sector in the State. The farmers were leading a dignified life in the State due to improved incomes, he added.

He said Rs 50,000 crore has been credited into the bank accounts of farmers in the last four years under the Rythu Bandhu scheme.
