KCR striving to develop Mahabubagar on all fronts: Srinivas Goud
Minister inaugurated diagnostic centre in Mahabubnagar district hospital and said the hospital is now equipped with the latest equipment and staff among other facilities to cater to the needs of the patients
Mahabubnagar: Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao is striving to develop Mahabubnagar district on all fronts, said Prohibition and Excise Minister V Srinivas Goud on Wednesday.
Speaking after inaugurating Telangana Diagnostic Centre, the Minister said the district was witnessing massive development with the blessings of the Chief Minister.
“We are developing the government hospital in the district on par with other corporate hospitals in Hyderabad,” he said. The district hospital is now equipped with the latest equipment, doctors, para-medical staff and lab technicians among other facilities to cater to the needs of the patients. Apart from the erstwhile Mahabubnagar district, patients from Vikarabad, Tandur, Raichur and Gulbarga in Karnataka and Kurnool in Andhra Pradesh throng the hospital for proper treatment, he said.
“We have established the diagnostic centre to conduct all types of tests,” the Minister said, adding that the Palamuru-Ranga Reddy Lift Irrigation Project would be completed soon.
