Sangareddy: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President and Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay said that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao went on Delhi tour as he got information on the defection of TRS MLAs into BJP from the State intelligence department. Alleging that Chandrashekar Rao was moving from pillar to post in New Delhi seeking the appointments of top BJP leaders to save his Ministers, MLAs and MPs. The BJP President lashed out at Telangana Police accusing them of imposing restrictions on people from celebrating Ganesh Chathurthi. Saying that they will immerse the Ganesh idols violating the police restrictions in Hussain Sagar, Sanjay said that there would be no need to take permission from police to install idols. Alleging that the police were giving freehand to other religions in celebrating their festivals, the BJP MP alleged that DGP M Mahendar Reddy was showing bias in issuing permissions to different religions.

Accusing the TRS Party of having an understanding of AIMIM and the Congress, Sanjay said that Asaduddin Owaisi was acting as his Chandrashekhar Rao government’s vice-captain while Congress Party leaders were acting as extra players. He had commenced his 12th day Praja Sangrama Yatra at Sangareddy on Wednesday morning and proceeded towards Jogipet.
