KCR’s wife Shobha, grandson Himanshu perform pujas at Vemulawada temple

BRS president K Chandrashekhar Rao’s wife Shobha and grandson Himanshu visited the Sri Rajarajeshwara Swamy temple at Vemulawada on Tuesday. They performed Kodemokku and other pujas, with priests blessing them with a sesha vastram at the Addala Mandapam

Rajanna-Sircilla: BRS president K Chandrashekhar Rao’s wife Shobha, accompanied by her grandson Himanshu, son of party working president KT Rama Rao, visited the Sri Rajarajeshwara Swamy temple at Vemulawada on Tuesday.

They had darshan of the presiding deity and performed special pujas. Temple priests and officials welcomed them warmly at the shrine.

After performing the temple’s most popular ritual, Kodemokku, they offered pujas to Lord Ganapathi, Sri Rajarajeshwara Swamy and the goddesses. Later, priests blessed them by presenting a sesha vastram in the Addala Mandapam.

BRS Vemulawada constituency in-charge Chalmeda Laxminarsimha Rao, former municipal chairperson Ramathirdapu Madhavi and others accompanied them.
