Adilabad: A key accused person who was allegedly involved in the diversion of 150 bags of urea from Telangana to Maharashtra was arrested on Thursday.
Police said Sunil, the proprietor of Hyderabad Agriculture Cooperative Society, was apprehended for his role in the diversion of subsidised urea to Maharashtra. The urea bags and two lorries were seized, while four persons were arrested on July 8.
Sunil had been absconding since the July 8 crackdown. A special team was formed to nab him.
