Khammam: TRS youth wing celebrated Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s birthday among migrant labourers and distributed essential commodities to them here on Thursday.
The youth wing district president Ch Krishna Chaitanya, TRS town president P Nagaraju and others cut a cake at a brick making unit on the outskirts of the city marking Chief Minister’s birthday. Later they distributed groceries to around 120 families.
Speaking on the occasion they said following a call given by IT Minister K T Rama Rao, groceries were distributed as part of ‘Gift-A-Smile’ initiative. Transport Minister’s PA Ch Kiran, the party leaders Mateti Kiran, B Muralikrishna, K Vijetha, Suresh Goud and others were present.
