Khammam police personnel rewarded for cracking ganja cases

Commissioner of Police Sunil Dutt presented cash rewards to Task Force personnel in Khammam for their role in tackling ganja smuggling. They arrested 120 accused and seized 192 kg of ganja. Senior police officials attended the appreciation event

Khammam: Commissioner of Police Sunil Dutt presented cash rewards to police personnel who demonstrated excellence in the performance of their duties.

The CP appreciated Task Force personnel, Head Constable SK Qasim Ali, Constables V Gopi and M Satish, who made efforts to control illegal activities like ganja smuggling in the district, and presented them with a cash reward.

Speaking on the occasion, he said these personnel played a key role in arresting 120 accused in 33 ganja cases and seizing 192 kg of ganja. Drawing inspiration from them, everyone should perform their responsibilities with dedication for the safety of society, he noted.

Task Force ACP Satyanarayana and Inspector Uday Kumar were present.
