Khammam: Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay carried out a surprise inspection of the new TSRTC bus stand here Thursday. The Minister interacted with passengers and staff there. He enquired with the staff about maintenance of the platforms, power supply and bus services.
Ajay Kumar then inspected the toilets for cleanliness and told the staff to focus on hygiene. He told the officials to ensure that the passengers should not face difficulties.

Earlier, Ajay Kumar distributed CMRF cheques worth Rs 37.79 lakh to 94 beneficiaries. ZP Chairman Lingala Kamalraj, SUDA Chairman B Vijay Kumar, Mayor P Neeraja, Municipal Commissioner Anurag Jayanthi, RTC DVM, Sugunakar and others were present.
