Khammam: Three Nepalese arrested for threatening to kill a hotelier

Khammam: The Two-town police of Khammam arrested three persons of Nepali origin for allegedly threatening a hotelier with an air gun. Inspector of Police, Sridhar, in a statement here on Saturday, stated that the hotelier, Tej Bahadur Bohara of Bannikot village of Bajhang district in Nepal, runs a fast food joint near Mayuri Centre in the city and was living in a rented house at VDOs Colony along with his family.
It is said that Bahadur had lent an amount of Rs 4 lakh in 2014 to his close relative Ramachandra Bohara, who is from his native village eight years ago, but the latter failed to repay the loan and had not been answering his phone calls.
On October 7, Ramachandra, along with two others, came to Bahadur’s house and threatened to kill him by showing an air gun. Based on a complaint lodged by the hotelier, the police took up the investigation into the incident. The accused, Suresh Bohara, a cook living at Karunagiri in Khammam and Sanil Bohara, who lives at Yeshwanthpur in Karnataka have been arrested along with Ramachandra at the new bus stand area on Saturday. Suresh and Sanil were also from Bannikot village.
