In a statement Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar alleged that the Centre conspired to rob the poor. For the Modi government’s gross domestic product (GDP) increase means – Gas, Diesel and Petrol price hike, he ridiculed. Therefore the Centre had no moral authority to raise fuel prices in the wake of the Russia-Ukraine war.
The hike in petrol, diesel and LPG prices was turning into a curse for the common man and the poor.
