Khammam: An MBA graduate from Khammam has received the ‘Super Woman Award’ from Forever Star India Awards (FSIA).

She was presented the award in the women entrepreneurs’ category in recognition of her entrepreneurial skills with which she has been running beauty-related enterprises and working for women’s empowerment through workshops and lectures.

Farah received the award at a recent awards presentation ceremony in Jaipur where women from various fields from all over the country were honoured, said a release here on Wednesday.

In 72 categories, a total of 28 candidates were selected for the Awards. Farah is the only woman from Telangana selected for the award. The FSIA CEO Rajesh Agarwal and organiser Shivani Jaiswal were present at the event.

It might be recalled that Farah has bagged ‘Mrs. Taj Universe’ title at a beauty pageant organised in Lucknow, In February she was adjudged ‘Mrs. India Photogenic’ and was the ‘First Runner Up’ in the overall contest in ‘VPR Mrs. India 2021 Beauty Pageant Season 2’ organised for married women in Ahmedabad.

Farah has also been serving as the secretary of Human Rights and Social Justice Mission and Women Empowerment. She thanked her husband Mohammed Asif Iqbal, family members and friends for extending support to her.
