Khammam: ZP chief distributes CMRF aid to beneficiaries

Speaking on the occasion, he said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has been giving importance to speedy release of financial assistance through the CMRF

Khammam: Zilla Parishad Chairman Lingala Kamalraj distributed the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) cheques to several beneficiaries in Madhira and Bonakal mandals in the district on Saturday. At a programme held at TRS office at Madhira he handed over the cheques worth Rs 2.75 lakh to the beneficiaries who applied for financial assistance. Similarly the ZP Chairman distributed Rs 1.92 lakh worth cheques to several persons.

Speaking on the occasion, he said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has been giving importance to speedy release of financial assistance through the CMRF. The assistance was being provided to the beneficiaries without any political considerations. The public who underwent treatment due to sickness should make use of the opportunity. The beneficiaries, party leaders and cadres should spread awareness among the public on how to avail financial assistance through the CMRF, Kamalraj said.
