Kim Kardashian’s dress for Vatican City tour is the talk of the town

As the dress code inside St. Peter's Basilica had to be adhered to, Kim mentions that she chose the outfit keeping that in mind.

Kim Kardashian is on a tour to the Vatican City with supermodel Kate Moss and her 18-year-old daughter Lila Grace.

The 40-year-mogul, as usual, made heads turn with her fashion statement that she chose to tour in. She was seen wearing a sheer, off-shoulder white lace Barragan dress with four sexy hip cut outs.

As the dress code inside St. Peter’s Basilica had to be adhered to, Kim mentions that she chose the outfit keeping that in mind. Sharing a glimpse of her tour, Kim shared pictures of her visit to the church in the city of Rome, on her official Instagram account.

“We had the most incredible experience touring Vatican City @vaticanmuseums. It was amazing to be able to view all of the iconic art, architecture and ancient Roman sculptures in person, especially Michelangelo’s works. We even had an opportunity to view their private archive of robes worn by every pope in history, dating back to the 1500’s. Thank you @ocspecial for arranging the visit. (Don’t worry, I adhered to the dress code and fully covered up while inside St. Peter’s Basilica and the Sistine Chapel’s) (sic),” she captioned the images.

However, her outfit was met with criticism from netizens who claimed that the A-lister had no respect for the religious site’s strict dress code.

The Vatican prohibits low-cut and sleeveless clothing, two rules that Kardashian appeared to break, they pointed.
