Hyderabad: On the occasion of International Self-Care Day, KIMS-Sunshine Hospital, Begumpet, organised an interactive wellness session ‘Yoga for All’ for its doctors, nurses, and staff.

The one-hour session, led by Certified Yoga Pandit Kartyeeni Ankush, focused on simple chair-based yoga postures, pranayama, meditation techniques, and practical tips for daily self-care and relaxation.

Dr. A.V. Guruva Reddy, Managing Director of KIMS-Sunshine Hospital, emphasised the vital role of yoga and meditation in maintaining physical and mental well-being, especially for frontline healthcare workers.

The session aimed to encourage hospital staff to adopt yoga and mindfulness practices as part of their everyday routines, reinforcing the hospital’s commitment to holistic well-being and preventive healthcare.
