Hyderabad: KLH Aziz Nagar, in collaboration with Google Developer Groups (GDG), recently hosted a hands-on workshop titled ‘Build with AI using Google Cloud’. The workshop witnessed participation from students and faculty, offering a unique platform to explore AI-driven technologies and real-world applications.
Participants gained practical exposure to integrating external data with Google Gemini using advanced frameworks such as Model Context Protocol (MCP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Intelligent Data Collection (IDC), a press release said.
The sessions focused on real-time data integration, intelligent retrieval system development, and scalable AI solutions powered by Google Cloud. Through interactive modules and project-based learning, participants developed context-aware applications capable of solving complex industry challenges, it said.
The event featured distinguished GDG speakers, including Jay Thakkar, Team Lead & Product Manager – AI, who demonstrated MCP integration and developed custom VM authentication for secure AI data interactions, it added.
