KNRUHS announces no hike in MDS fees for 2026–2029

KNRUHS has announced that MDS tuition fees in private unaided non-minority dental colleges in Telangana and the Army College of Dental Sciences will remain unchanged for 2026–2029. Newly affiliated institutions will have to follow the lowest prescribed fee structure.

Hyderabad: The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) on Monday announced that the tuition fee structure for Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) courses in all private unaided non-minority dental colleges in Telangana and the Army College of Dental Sciences in Secunderabad will remain unchanged for the 2026–2029 block period.

Acting in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.124 from the Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department, the state government has ruled that the fee figures will stay identical to those previously established for the 2023–2026 block period under G.O.Ms.No.107, the notification said.

All preceding terms, conditions, and regulations will continue to govern admissions for this duration. Additionally, the university clarified that any newly established institution granted fresh affiliation during the 2026–2029 block period will be required to adopt the lowest prescribed fee structure outlined in the existing government orders.
