KNRUHS releases notification for free exit from PG medical courses, check last date
The non-service candidates are permitted to discontinue from the course on application to the principal for discontinuation from the course
Hyderabad: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Telangana, on Monday released a notification for free exit of non-service candidates admitted under competent authority quota for 2024-25 into PG Medical courses. The last date for exit without penalty is 4 pm on January 31, 2025.
The non-service candidates are permitted to discontinue from the course on application to the principal for discontinuation from the course. However, the candidates are informed that they will not be eligible for further rounds of Competent Authority Quota counselling for PG Medical courses once they discontinue the course.
The seats vacated by the Non-Service candidates shall be filled in mop-up phase of counseling. Candidates are informed that if they discontinue the course after 4 pm on January 30, onwards penalty clause will be applicable with payment of the tuition fee for the entire course and Rs 50,00,000 of bond amount and debarred from admission into PG Medical courses under KNRUHS for 3 years.
All the principals of medical colleges are hereby informed to return the original certificates, bonds and tuition fee without any penalty. Accordingly, all the principals of medical colleges should upload the details of any such discontinued candidates to PMT Online portal by 4.30 pm on January 30, 2025.
