Hyderabad: This year’s Dasara festival will be a memorable one for the family members of Kota Nagesh. The family members walked away with a brand new 32-inch television in the fourth lucky draw of Dasara Shopping Bonanza of Namasthe Telangana and Telangana Today, held at KLM Fashion Mall, Ameerpet here on Tuesday.
In fact, Nagesh’s family did not have a television and were planning to buy one during this Dasara festival. Nagesh decided to test his luck and dropped filled-in coupons of Dasara Shopping Bonanza on his daughter’s name Kota Manvitha. “My daughter brought us luck by winning a TV, which we were planning to buy during the festival. My entire family is happy on hearing that we won a television,” an elated Nagesh, who works as a clerk in PMR Law College, LB Nagar, said.
Editor, Namasthe Telangana, T Krishna Murthy said Bathukamma and Dasara are two major festivals for the people of Telangana. To add to the festivities, Namasthe Telangana and Telangana Today in association with different outlets are organising Dasara Shopping Bonanza, he added.
For this year’s Dasara, the KLM Fashion Mall has launched a special offer wherein customers purchasing Rs 6,000 worth of merchandise will be given shopping vouchers worth Rs 6,000, which can be redeemed every one or two months, KLM Fashion Mall operations manager CV Rao said, adding that this offer is in addition to the Dasara Shopping Bonanza of Namasthe Telangana and Telangana Today.
Apart from Nagesh’s family, the second winner Anees Ahmed won a mobile phone, while Sahana got a gift voucher. The other two winners who won gift hampers were Karthik and Vaishnavi. In addition to the five daily prizes, the bumper draw on the 11th day, a car is up for grabs for customers. Freedom Healthy Cooking Oil and KLM Fashion Mall are the title sponsors and others associated include Celekt Mobiles, CMR Shopping Mall and Cafe Niloufer.
