Kothagudem SP exhorts police personnel to practice yoga

Yoga classes were organised for police officers and staff at the district police headquarters at Hemachandrapuram on Friday at directions of the SP.

Kothagudem: Superintendent of Police B Rohith Raju exhorted police personnel and officials to make yoga a part of their daily life to lead a healthy life.

Yoga classes were organised for police officers and staff at the district police headquarters at Hemachandrapuram on Friday at directions of the SP. Police personnel of Kothagudem sub-division, armed reserve police, were trained in yoga.


Rohith Raju informed that as part of making the efforts to make officers and staff physically and mentally strong, yoga classes would now be organised on every Friday. Police officers and personnel should take advantage of yoga classes to care of their health, he said.

Kothagudem DSP Shaik Abdul Rahaman, DSP (AR) Satyanarayana, CIs Venkateswarlu, Karunakar, Ramesh, Sivaprasad, RIs Lal Babu, Sudhakar, Narasimha Rao, Krishna Rao and others were present.
