KS Prasad to lead TS Chess Association
K Panirao has been the Returning Officer while All India Chess Federation’s treasurer Naresh Sharma attended as the AICF observer
Hyderabad: KS Prasad has been elevated as the president of the Telangana State Chess Association while A Jayachandra has been elected as the secretary, on Sunday.
The elections were conducted at the Hotel Hyatt in Banjara Hills. K Panirao has been the Returning Officer while All India Chess Federation’s treasurer Naresh Sharma attended as the AICF observer. N Sudhakar Rao was the SATS Observer. The elected office bearers will serve for a period of four years.
Office Bearers: President: KS Prasad; Vice President: Gaddala Srinivas, K Narasimha Reddy Rao, Narsingrao; Secretary: A Jayachandra; Joint Secretary: R Janardhanrao, Ch Satyanarayana, A Gangadha; Treasurer: Ravindra Patel; EC Members: G Jyothsna, M Kranthilakshmi, SK Rafi, G Malsur, R Chandramouli, Y Srinivas Reddy.
