KT Rama Rao provides Rs 2 lakh assistance to MBBS student from Wardhannapet

BRS working president KT Rama Rao provided Rs 2 lakh financial assistance to Kondeti Akira, an MBBS student from Wardhannapet, at Telangana Bhavan on Monday. He promised continued support until she completes her medical education and wished her success.

Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao on Monday provided financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh to Kondeti Akira, an MBBS student from Wardhannapet, to help her continue her education.

Akira, daughter of Kondeti Bhaskar and Anitha of Wardhannapet, completed her Class X at the government social welfare school in Thorrur and Intermediate at Ambedkar College in Khammam. She secured an All India rank of 2,99,946 and an SC category rank of 27,865 in NEET and subsequently got admission to MBBS at Maheshwara Medical College in Patancheru.

Upon learning about Akira’s financial difficulties through a social media request, the BRS working president assured her of financial assistance towards her education. On Monday, he handed over Rs 2 lakh to Akira at Telangana Bhavan. He promised continued support to Akira until she completes her medical education and wished her success in becoming a doctor.

Akira and her family members thanked Rama Rao for his support.
