KTR condoles death of trade union leader BHEL Yellaiah
BRS Working President KT Rama Rao mourned the passing of veteran Telangana activist and BHEL trade union leader Yellaiah, praising his legacy in the statehood movement and advocacy for workers’ rights.

Hyderabad: BRS Working President KT Rama Rao expressed grief over the demise of veteran Telangana activist and trade union leader BHEL Yellaiah. He recalled Yellaiah’s unparalleled role in the Telangana statehood movement and his lifelong struggles for workers’ rights.
“From beginning as an ordinary worker to emerging as a strong voice for all BHEL employees, Yellaiah’s life is an inspiration to many,” he said, in a statement.
Rama Rao described Yellaiah’s passing as a huge loss not only to the labour community but also to Telangana society at large. He said the BHEL employee’s services to the labour world will be remembered forever. “I pray for his soul to rest in peace and extend my deepest condolences to his family and followers,” he added.
