He appealed to the State government to immediately take steps for ensuring the injured get better treatment.

“As there is information that several Hyderabadis are among the deceased, the State government should coordinate with the Ministry of External Affairs and intensify relief measures,” Rama Rao said.

The State government should stand by the families of those who had died in the accident by identifying their details and providing all support, he added.
