KTR, Harish Rao welcome release of Lagacherla farmers on bail

Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao was elated over the release of Lagacherla farmers along with former MLA Patnam Narender Reddy, who were arrested for protesting against the coercive actions of the Revanth Reddy government to acquire land for the Adani cement plant and pharma companies of the Chief Minister’s relatives at Lagacherla in Vikarabad district.

Former Minister and senior BRS leader T Harish Rao also welcomed the court’s decision to grant bail, calling it a farmers’ victory against the Revanth Reddy’s anarchy. He felt that people of Telangana scored a victory against Revanth Reddy who handcuffed farmers including those undergoing treatment for heart stroke.
