Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao has been invited to deliver a keynote address at Luxembourg Venture Days-2026, a major European platform for startups, venture capital and investments. The event, organised by Luxinnovation and the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA), will be held in Luxembourg on October 14 and 15.
Rama Rao has been invited to speak at a special session on differences between Asian and European investment policies, investor risk appetite, startup founders’ expectations, investment opportunities and international collaboration. The invitation marks another international recognition for him in the areas of investment, technology, innovation and startups.
The organisers said his experience in connecting India with global investment and innovation ecosystems would be useful to European investors and startup founders. They also said his perspective could help strengthen investment ties between India and international markets.
The event is expected to be attended by investors, venture capital firms, startup founders and policymakers, with a focus on startup financing and business growth.
Around 3,400 delegates from 28 countries, including more than 300 investors and representatives of over 110 venture capital funds, participated in the event last year. The European Investment Fund and NATO Innovation Fund were among the participants.
This year’s programme will also feature the European Business Angel Network’s annual meeting and a Defence Venture Day organised with the NATO Innovation Fund, apart from events pertaining to startups and scaleups in Europe.
