KTR meets families of Telangana martyr Kishtaiah, late Sarpanch during Karimnagar-Sircilla tour
BRS working president KT Rama Rao visited the family of Telangana movement martyr late constable Kishtaiah in Karimnagar, handed over financial assistance for his daughter's medical education and later consoled the family of late Sarpanch Mashetti Lachaiah in Sircilla constituency.

Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao on Monday visited the family of Telangana movement martyr late constable Kishtaiah in Karimnagar, paid floral tributes to his portrait and reaffirmed the party’s commitment to stand by the family. He also handed over a cheque towards the postgraduate medical education of Kishtaiah’s daughter, Priyanka, as part of the financial assistance announced by BRS president and former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao.
On the occasion, Rama Rao interacted with Kishtaiah’s wife Padmavathi and other family members, blessed his newborn grandson, Vedanth Raghava Kishtaiah, and presented clothes, gifts, a specially designed ‘K’ locket and a KCR Kit. Former Ministers T Jeevan Reddy and Gangula Kamalakar, MLAs Padi Kaushik Reddy and K Sanjay, and other BRS leaders accompanied him.
During his tour of Sircilla constituency earlier, the BRS working president visited Chippalapalli village in Mustabad mandal to console the family of late Sarpanch Mashetti Lachaiah, who recently died following an illness. After paying floral tributes to Lachaiah’s portrait, he consoled the family members and assured them of the party’s continued support. Senior BRS leaders were present during the visit.
