KTR reaches out to family in distress
Tungaturthy MLA Gadari Kishore met the family and arranged for bank accounts to be opened in the names of the three girls, and deposited Rs 50,000 into each account.
Apart from handing over the documents, Gadari Kishore offered additional cash of Rs 50,000 as immediate financial assistance to Satish's wife Shilpa.
Hyderabad: IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao is not only helping the needy but is also arranging assistance for the needy through local MLAs.
On Friday, Mohammad Imran, a Twitter user, tweeted that his friend Satish, a native of Chakaligudem in Suryapet, died in an accident nine months ago, leaving behind wife and three daughters. “Their family is poor. Please help them sir,” he appealed to the Minister.
Immediately, the Minister asked Tungaturthy MLA Gadari Kishore to help Satish’s family. The MLA went to the family and arranged for bank accounts to be opened in the names of the three girls, and deposited Rs 50,000 into each account.
Apart from handing over the documents, Gadari Kishore offered additional cash of Rs 50,000 as immediate financial assistance to Satish’s wife Shilpa.
He also said an outsource job would be provided to Shilpa and her three daughters would be admitted into Gurukul schools. A double-bedroom house would also be allotted, he assured.
