KTR rebukes Congress government over fuel shortage for police vehicles
He cited the recent decision of the petrol bunks association in Godavarikhani to stop supplying fuel to vehicles, as an indication of the dire situation.
Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao rebuked the Congress government for failing to clear pending fuel bills for eight months, leaving many police vehicles across the State non-functional.
He cited the recent decision of the petrol bunks association in Godavarikhani to stop supplying fuel to vehicles, as an indication of the dire situation.
“Forget about having a fully functional Home Minister and a stable police department, even police vehicles are not functioning properly in Telangana,” Rama Rao posted on X.

He pointed out that this issue is not isolated, but is prevalent across Telangana.
He urged the State government to resolve the issue at the earliest. “If you can’t bring back state’s law and order situation on track, at least get the police vehicles back on the roads,” he demanded.
