KTR visits ailing BRS UK leader Anil Kurmachalam in London

Hyderabad: BRS Working President K. T. Rama Rao visited senior party leader and former Film Development Corporation Chairman Anil Kurmachalam in London on Wednesday. Anil, who played a key role in mobilising support for Telangana during the statehood movement from the UK, is recovering from a recent heart surgery.
Straight from London Airport, Rama Rao drove to Anil’s residence to enquire about his health and met his family. He recalled Anil’s two-decade-long dedication to the party and wished him a speedy recovery.
He urged him to rejoin party activities with the same commitment and zeal once fully recovered. Several BRS NRI leaders from the UK accompanied Rama Rao during the visit.
