KTR visits rain affected areas in Hyderabad

Accompanied by local MLAs and officials, the Minister interacted with residents and checked whether they were being extended basic facilities.

Hyderabad: Continuing his inspection of rain-affected areas for the second day on the trot, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao visited Sri Ram Nagar, Patel Nagar and other areas in Musheerabad and Amberpet.

Accompanied by local MLAs and officials, the Minister interacted with residents and checked whether they were being extended basic facilities.


As a means to ensure a permanent solution to the civic issues, the Minister approved different proposals submitted by the GHMC officials.

The Minister specifically directed GHMC Commissioner DS Lokesh Kumar to submit detailed proposals take up drainage line laying works to avoid flooding of residential colonies.
