Hyderabad: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president KT Rama Rao triggered an intense debate in political circles with an intriguing post on social media. The post features an image related to party president and former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao.
The image shared on his X account depicts what appears to be Chandrashekhar Rao seated on a throne in the midst of a mountainous landscape. The statue is adorned with a pink scarf around its neck, symbolic of the BRS party colour.
The image has a small dog positioned at his feet gazing upward. Accompanying the photo was a five-letter caption – “IYKYK,” an acronym for “If You Know, You Know,” – but with no explanation.
The post quickly went viral garnering thousands of views, likes and comments shortly after being uploaded. Netizens have flooded the comments section with varied interpretations, questioning the timing and hidden meaning behind the image.
Some view it through a political lens, suggesting it could be a subtle jab at opponents, especially Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, who hardly lets a day pass without verbally attacking Chandrashekhar Rao.
Others have speculated on more personal lines. One user commented – “Is this a hint at KCR’s enduring legacy?” Political analysts note that the post comes at a time when BRS is going all out to reclaim its ground.
The caption has fueled curiosity, with many interpreting the god-like portrayal of Chandrashekhar Rao as a statement of resilience, authority and the permanent place he had secured in the hearts of the people by achieving Statehood for Telangana and making its name figure on the top in every indicator of development.
