Kulsumpura traffic police held road safety drive in Nanal Nagar
Kulsumpura Traffic Police conducted a road safety awareness programme at Nanal Nagar on Monday. Additional DCP C. Venugopal Reddy reminded motorists about mandatory helmet and seat belt rules. Around 15 free helmets were distributed to eligible riders.

Hyderabad: The Kulsumpura Traffic Police conducted a traffic awareness programme at Nanal Nagar, highlighting the importance of road safety and strict adherence to traffic rules on Monday.
Addressing motorists, Additional DCP (Traffic) C Venugopal Reddy emphasised that helmets are mandatory for both riders and pillion passengers, including children above four years of age.
They also stressed that all car occupants must wear seat belts and advised motorists to avoid overtaking from the left and to follow lane discipline.
As part of the initiative, about 15 helmets were distributed free of cost to eligible riders with support from local volunteer teams.
