Hyderabad: In protest against the lathi charge on students during the march towards Parliament in New Delhi over the NEET-UG question paper leak issue, Left student organisations have called for the shutdown of educational institutions across the State on Friday.
In a statement on Wednesday, the SFI, AISF, NSUI, PDSU, AIFDS, AIDSO, AISB and AIPSU demanded a transparent inquiry into the incidents that occurred in Delhi. The organisations demanded that Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resign over the issue and called on the Central government to abolish the National Testing Agency. They also demanded that the government withdraw the proposed Viksit Bharat Shiksha Adhishthan Bill 2025.
