Medak: Burglars broke into a wine shop and decamped with Rs.50,000 and liquor bottles worth Rs.50,000 in the early hours of Saturday.
The incident occured at Wadiaram junction in Chegunta mandal. The owner of the shop, Kanakadurga Wines, who arrived at the shop on Saturday morning, found the shutters of the shop open. On checking further, he found that cash and liquor bottles too were missing.
Following a complaint, the police registered a case and launched an investigation.
