Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Traffic Police on Thursday facilitated the transport of live human organs through a green channel from the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport to KIMS Hospital in Secunderabad.

A medical team carrying the organs (lungs and heart) started from the RGIA at 2.19 pm and covered 36.8 km in 26 minutes to reach the hospital. The management appreciated the efforts of the Hyderabad Police and the Cyberabad Police.
