‘Love Story’ trailer paints the picture of drama, love and independence
Going by the trailer, one could feel that the film is going to have the shades and aesthetics that are borrowed from Sekhar Kammula’s earlier film ‘Fidaa’.
Hyderabad: The trailer of Naga Chaitanya, Sai Pallavi’s much-awaited movie ‘Love Story’ was out on Monday. Actor Chay shared the trailer on his Twitter handle and wrote, “So happy to be finally putting this out… Can’t wait to see you all at the theatre again!”
Going by the trailer, one could feel that the film is going to have the shades and aesthetics that are borrowed from Sekhar Kammula’s earlier film ‘Fidaa’. Both the lead protagonists converse in typical Telangana dialect — but their characters are slightly changed this time.
Naga Chaitanya plays Revanth, a Zumba instructor living a normal life in the city while Sai Pallavi plays a nervous job aspirant Mouncia who struggles to get a job in IT to avoid the routine cycle of marriage and family.
‘Love Story’ appears to be a family drama giving more importance to emotions, independence and in the end, of course, the love twist between Chay and Pallavi. Chay also appears to be a bit naive when he speaks in the Telangana dialect. Inadequacy can be seen in his dialogues. He hails from a rural Telangana village and tries out tapping every possible corner to be successful in life.
Actor Easwari Rao plays the role of Chay’s mother in the movie. The latter part of the movie is likely to tell how Revanth explores his life while being independent. How he would continue his passion for dance while at the same time inspire Pallavi to pursue her area of interest. The songs and the music rendered by Pavan are going to be major highlights for the film.
The movie also features Rajeev Kanakala and Devayani in key roles. Narayan Das K Narang and P Ram Mohan Rao have bankrolled the movie. The movie is scheduled to release on September 24.
