Loyola Academy wins Osmania University volleyball championship in Hyderabad

Loyola Academy, Alwal, defeated AV College in a thrilling final to win the Osmania University Inter-College Volleyball Championship in Hyderabad. Government College of Physical Education, Domalguda, secured third place, while dignitaries including P Sudhir Reddy and Prof Rajesh Kumar presented the prizes

Hyderabad: Loyola Academy, Alwal, defeated AV College 12-25, 25-23, 15-10 in the final of the Osmania University Inter-College Volleyball Championship here.

Harsha, Mack Melvin and Nikhil played well for Loyola Academy, while Ganesh, Nages and Sheshivardhan put up a good show for the runners-up.

Government College of Physical Education, Domalguda, scored a 25-20, 25-20 win against SAP College, Vikarabad, to settle for third place.
