Hyderabad: The run-up to the elections for the Movie Artistes Association (MAA) picked up more heat on Wednesday with senior actor Naresh accusing actor Prakash Raj of misleading the association members.
Appealing that there be no bad politicking in MAA, he objected to reported comments made by Prakash Raj that he was contesting as there were no other fit candidates. Did Prakash Raj vote once in MAA elections, Naresh wanted to know while asking him to say how many times he was suspended from the association.

MAA was always there to help and support its members and had come to the rescue of the affected members during the Covid-19 pandemic. “MAA has an association with 300 hospitals and Prakash Raj should remember it,” he said.
