Madhusudan clinches ‘triple’ crown in ITF tennis championship
He won the singles and doubles in the 50 years and above category and mixed doubles in the 30 years and above category

Hyderabad: Madhusudan Linga Muralidhar bagged a ‘triple’ crown in the ITF World Masters MT 200 ITF tennis championship, winning the singles, doubles and mixed doubles titles at GBR Club (Kompally) here.
He won the singles and doubles in the 50 years and above category and mixed doubles in the 30 years and above category.
In the singles final, Madhusudan defeated Sanjay Singh 6-0, 6-1 and then combined with Nandyala Narsimhareddy to defeat Murali Krishna Raju and Subrahmanyam Raju 6-3, 6-4.
In the mixed doubles final, Madhusudan partnered Sasi Kala Penimetsa to down Nitesh Rungta and Sree Gynamote 6-2, 6-3.
