He wanted the officials to arrange control rooms at every parking slot and set up a public address system to make announcements. He asked police officials to deploy adequate force to regulate traffic and avoid traffic jams.

Town would be decorated with special lighting arrangements. Besides pandals in temple premises, drinking water, lighting and other basic facilities would be arranged for the convenience of the devotees.

Take steps to supply continued drinking water at guest houses, pandals, parking places and other areas. Drinking water and buttermilk packets should also be supplied to pilgrims at queue lines and arrange special queue lines for town people and Shiva Diksha swamulu.

Besides setting up first aid centers in different places, medical officers, paramedical staff, community health officers and ambulances would also be made available in jatara. It was necessary to make available rescue teams, wheel chairs, and stretchers at queue lines.
